For 30 years, Chef Opel Khan has been at the forefront of the gastronomic world, known for his "no boundaries" approach to French technique and his celebrated Sydney venues like MΓ©tisse. Having opened nearly 35 restaurants globally, Chef Opel realized that the greatest challenge for the modern home cook isn't just finding a recipe β it's balancing the art of flavor with the science of health.
